Job Description

The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing designated channels across paid to drive business performance with maximum ROI. This involves implementing A/B test bidding strategy, analyzing data to deliver marketing insights, learning about user behavior, testing, setting up, and creating new campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  1. Execute, and analyze digital marketing strategies in specific paid channels (e.g. FB ads, programmatic, etc)
  2. Maintain meticulous documentation for overall framework AND step-by-step approach of managing each channel that would allow any new employee to understand and even takeover operations of the function.
  3. With guidance of Content and Community team, boost every Instagram Posts according to ‘Bet Strategy’ to ensure efficient acquisition of followers
  4. Request and ensure creative assets, implement the assets based on campaign timeline.
  5. Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, optimization per day, GDS, CAC (at all stages of the funnel) etc and perform simple ratio analysis to determine effectiveness of spend.
  6. Analyze the data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
  7. Collaborate with data and other x-functional teams to implement workstream improvements


Skills Necessary

  • Takes the initiative to learn new skills and share insights
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (any major is welcome). At least 1 year of working experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand how to set up & run paid campaigns in a variety of paid channels including Google Ads, Apple Search, Meta Ads, & TikTok.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills to be able to identify trends & opportunities to improve paid marketing channels.
