• Becoming the Troubleshooting Expert: You'll be the go-to person when it comes to identifying and resolving system issues. Working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, you'll swiftly analyze problems and go the extra mile to implement effective solutions, ensuring our platform operates flawlessly.
• Collaborating with the Best: You'll be at the forefront of communication, liaising with both internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues that may arise. This presents a unique opportunity to interact with brilliant minds and build a vast network within the tech industry.

Requirements

• Willingness to run the extra mile and work with unpredictable schedules (i.e., standby on an instant communication channel in case an issue arises)
• Bachelor's degree in IT field (computer science / electrical engineering / telco) or at least 1 year of technical experience in software development / IT (operation, support & infrastructure) field
• Highly resilient and mentally tough
• A strong individual with high discipline and reliability
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high pressure situation
