Responsibilities

• Communicate findings to related counterparts and monitor the implementation
• Support qualitative and quantitative studies to improve or evaluate process
• Develop improvement initiative frameworks
• Manage Customer Journey to ensure best satisfaction for Customer and Partner

Requirements

• Big picture thinker and detail oriented
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel (Familiar with SQL, Metabase is a plus)
• Having 1-2 years of working experience in Operations Excellence/Customer Experience/Customer related
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Able to analyze and synthesize idea/hypotheses from dataset
• Excellent communication skills and eager to learn
