Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Business Development team to understand existing process, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity

- Work closely with department heads to report, implement and monitor improvements

- Analyze and refine operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights. Present findings to management, enabling data-driven decision-making for resource allocation and process improvements

- Lead and manage strategic projects that involve multiple departments. Create project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Evaluate and recommend software and tools to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration among teams. Facilitate the implementation and adoption of new technologies throughout the organization.

- Foster strong working relationships with various teams to understand their needs, align processes, and facilitate effective communication between departments.

- Contribute to the development of the company's long-term business strategies by providing valuable insights into operational capabilities and potential areas of growth.

- Organize and conduct training sessions for employees on new processes, tools, and software, ensuring smooth transitions and increased adoption.

- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, promoting ideas and initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a related role in the software industry.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.

- Detail minded and willing to learn.
