As we continue to grow our business, we're excited to expand our line of business with "TAWA" (tawa.worlderstudio.com), a video translation solution that helps content creators connect with a global audience. We're looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
About the Role :
We're looking for a Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Worlder TEAM. As a Business Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for taking care of clients mainly in Japan and the US, and overseeing the translator’ community. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, as well as track and analyse sales data to continually improve our approach. This position would be perfect if you want to step into the world of startup and improve your business skills.
Your main roles are :
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible for managing the translators' community.
- Create content for social media.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- Check the quality of translated videos.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients and keep track of their needs and feedback.
- Make sales calls, present products or services, and negotiate deals with potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets set by the company.
- Conduct market research and analyse sales data to develop sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals and targets.
Requirements :
- Must be fluent in English both oral and written
- Proven track record of being a top producer in your previous companies.
- Must be fluent in Japanese both oral and written (Preferably JLPT N2 or higher ).
- Passionate about finding new opportunities, networking, and negotiating.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years of working experience as a sales representative.
