Business Analyst Jobs

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the customer / IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition, anddesign activities
2. Provide strategic advice for business processes and solutions and collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define and document business requirements
3. Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
4. Team up with scrum team i.e. software engineers, architects, DevOps engineers to develop convincing solution alternatives
5. Technically and functionally sounds in making decisions based on business impactand with that prioritize the backlog
6. Able to create user stories for requirements, write technical requirements, andcontinuously groom the existing backlog
7. Run and coordinate alignments between across scrums teams for any sprint items dependencies and other 3rd party vendor team
8. Provide adviceand direction on the product
9. Drive adoption of the products within the business communitybased on real user needs & strategic direction
10. Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
11. Strong understanding on trends in technology in general, focusing on API as a Product, Agile, and Cloud Computing

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
2. 3 or more years of experience as a season Business Analyst in a distributed Agile Software Development settingexperience utilizing agile delivery processes andrelevant tools
3. Strong conceptual understanding of API service architecture
4. Open API, Microservice Architecture, and general API-based and Web-based technologies
5. Able to communicate complicated concepts to a non-technical and technical audience in English (verbal and written)
6. strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with global partners to build bonds, inspire, influence, and accomplish goals
7. Bring excellent analytical capabilities, self-responsibility, and customer orientation paired with an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude anda strong sense of product quality
8. A team player with hands-on mentality and able to craft a direction
9. Result orientation and demonstrated persistence towards achieving progress despite obstacles and short-term setbacks
