As a Business Associate, you will play a pivotal role as a partner in helping our clients safeguard themselves and their assets through tailored insurance solutions. You will focus on identifying customer needs, providing expert consultation, and assisting them in selecting the most suitable protection plans. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of insurance products, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Meet prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or digital channels to identify their financial protection needs.
- Analyze the needs and risk profiles of potential clients to recommend the most fitting insurance products.
- Clearly and accurately explain the benefits and details of insurance products to prospective clients.
- Assist prospective clients in the application process, including form filling and document collection.
- Serve as the primary source of information for clients regarding product information, claims, and policy changes.
- Build long-term client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and address any inquiries or needs that may arise.
- Adhere to company regulations, policies, and ethical standards in sales practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a background in finance or business considered a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and understanding of insurance terminology.
- Skill in building rapport with clients and the ability to actively listen.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospective clients.
- Organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Insurance agent license or certification (if required by the region) is a plus.
