We’re looking for an International Business Associate to join our Demand Generation team, to grow our business in APAC and aid our expansion to international markets, focusing to open our market in Malaysia.

You will conduct market research to find our potential hiring partner overseas. We are offering our Talenthub recruitment service for them - a talent discovery and management platform. Using your ability to conduct a deep research you will be able to forecast what is the right company to target, craft a personalized message to them and set up a meeting with our Business Development Team.

You will play a strategic role in growing the business at Glints -- you will have the chance to be part of the core commercial team, involved in demand growth and market expansions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate high-value pipelines through both strategic and targeting prospecting: Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects, as well as finding the right person in contact to sell our products
• Keeping our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Hubspot)
• Be the face of the brand by providing outstanding customer experience
• Work with team members to create initiatives, deliver analysis and market research, etc
• Work in collaboration with Business Development, and Product Marketing teams
• Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications

Who We Are Looking For

• Someone who is comfortable working with target
• Someone who is good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills -- Chinese and Cantonese is a plus
• Someone who has a strong attention to detail
• Someone who has a strong international mindset, has been exposed to the international market
• Intellectually curious individuals are highly encouraged to apply!
• Someone who is a fast learner, and easily adaptable
• Someone who has a critical and analytical mindset
• Someone who has minimum 1 years of working experiences ; but fresh graduates who has minimum 6 months internship experience(s) are encouraged to apply
