Jr Brand Development Manager International Business

• Close coordination with all related parties to ensure the brand / product development, communication strategy, and consumer insight implementation runs smoothly.
• Get consumer insight for brand and product development through market research.
• Product Development, consists of new product development and product improvement, from ideation until commercialization in international market.
• Develop brand communication strategy, including advertising material and media placement strategy.

Requirements :

• Good analytical thinking, creative, willing & able to learn, and adaptive.
• Has experience handling product development and brand communication
• Minimum bachelor degree, any major from reputable university
• Computer literate ( MS Office, Excel, and Power Point ) and good English ability.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing of consumer goods / consumer health care, 1 year in managerial level or 2 years in assistant manager level.
