International Sales Executive - Agri

Dack is an internationally recognized trade brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Executive to spearhead our business. We facilitate the trading of a diverse range of commodities, handling over 25,000 tons per month of spices, pulses, nuts, grains, sugar, and other products. Our vast network stretches across nearly 60 countries, creating a unique blend of global perspectives and local expertise.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities within the company. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer inquiries, and continuously meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
• Ensure the delivery of our products in accordance with customer timelines
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Knowledge of grains, nuts, spices, seeds, pulses, sugar, and related commodities is required
