What Will You Do


A Business Development Executive (BDE) is a role within a company that focuses on generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. The primary goal of a BDR is to identify and engage with prospects, qualify their needs, and ultimately convert them into qualified sales leads for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products.
  • Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence.
  • Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.
  • Controls budgets for a district or region.
  • Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensures sales activities follow national, state, local, & company regulations, policies, & procedures.
  • Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.


Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.


Qualifications


What we are looking for


Required Qualifications


  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and financial acumen.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree; Business related course is a plus
  • Wiling to be placed all area of Indonesia.
  • Minimum 2 until 5 years of experiences in sales.
