Business Development Administration Internship

Job Overview

As a Business Development Administrator Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the team with contracts, invoicing, and deals with new partners. This role is suitable for an energetic, highly motivated, and enthusiastic candidate with knowledge of English, computers, franchising business, and contracts. This is an internship position requiring work from the Head Office, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Participate in events for Franchise and Business Development such as EduFair and similar if needed
• Coordinate with other divisions in Koding Next tasks assigned by Business Development
• Help the team to prepare invoices and agreements for franchises and schools
• Calculate reports and coordinate with Finance team to send invoices

Requirements

• Excellent English (Written and Spoken)
• Ability to work in the office in Jakarta
• Candidate must possess at least a study for a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Highly organized person
• Understanding of computer, agreements, and invoicing
• Customer service skills
