Associate Sales Manager(Internship)

Experience- Minimum 6months to maximum 2yrs in sales, freshers can also apply

CTC- $200 to $250 per month

Shift Duration-12 hours

Duration - 3months

A personal bank account is mandatory.

Strong English communication skills are required.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Make outbound calls to new demo users and convert them.
• Become an expert on the functional and technical capabilities.
• Manage the Sales function and Sales team.
• Interact with parents, understand their concerns and pitch their solution to their child’s financial education.
• Learn how to use the platform to be able to demo how it works, and to rain prospective team members.
• Work with the team to establish and report on sales goals and objectives.
• Maintain and manage your own pipeline of conversions.

Who are we looking for?

• 0-2 years of inside sales or business development experience.
• Should be passionate about sales.
• Highly Driven and self-motivated. You'll be the one deciding how successful you are in this role. Your quota and KPIs are your guides to being the best Sales Associate on the team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills will help me succeed in this role. The mode of communication will be English and hence fluency in English is a must.
• Patience, understanding, and empathy in conflict resolution. Putting yourself in our client's shoes to understand their pain points.
• Excellent and flexible communication.
