Details About opportunity
- People in the Customer Service Associates are responsible for managing incoming customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Customer Service Associates will be the first point of contact a new potential client will have with our company when they are seeking information about our offer.
What you will do:
- Customer Service Associates usually work directly with customers to help close deals when needed, so they must have good customer service skills and a strong understanding of their company’s products and services.
- They also work closely with other Sales Representatives to find and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Working with our Sales team, your volunteer role includes:
- supporting customers via chat, email on social media platforms,
- providing information about the product, how to use it, and its functions,
- receiving and transfer feedback about issues, requests, and ideas for improvements to our Product Team,
- ensuring the customers’ satisfaction with our support,
- analyzing Users’ problems and edit the CID survey,
- educating the users and help them to grow within the Customer Success framework,
- encouraging satisfied users to recommend the service to others,
- Help maintaining and improving our Chat Bots and algorithms.
Education and experience
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in Customer Service and Sales (preferred)
Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)
Skills and requirements
- Attention for details.
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
- Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
- Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent record keeping.
- Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment
- Undergraduate degree or similar education in Sales, Administration or Customer Support.

- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage resources
- Track record in B2B, B2C sales and negotiation
