We are a VC-backed climate tech startup headquartered in Singapore with operating teams in the Philippines and Indonesia.

Role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to support the management across numerous financial, investment and commercial initiatives. This is a versatile role for an individual who wants to experience a broad range of activities in the most impactful and promising part of the economy - the climate sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage the whole process of carbon credits generation inclusive of documentation, marketing, sale, post-sale management, reporting etc.
• Support accounting, audit, reporting and budgeting activities
• Identify and apply for government and international schemes helping our clients with the financing for our solutions
• Support commercial activities with new materials development
• Support equity fundraising activities
• Develop financial models for the clients and investment models for the company

Qualifications

• Interest in climate tech and a sense of urgency to mitigate climate change
• Great interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluent in English
• Great quantitative and analytical skills
• Previous financial / accounting / investment experience would be a strong plus
• Great research and digital skills
• Proficient in developing high-quality financial models and presentations
• Recent graduate (within the past year) of Finance, Accounting or similar degree
