About Our Client
With international borders opening up, and trading activity has increases, our client, a logistic-tech company is looking to expand their business to Indonesia. As such, they are looking to hire the Head of Sales to help launch and grow the business in Indonesia.

• Build a strong team of managers & associates and set a strong culture of ownership, problem solving & customer centric within the organisation
• Work closely with the supply, operations & finance team to provide a superior customer experience & pricing for our sales partners.
• Help identify & grow the network of channel partners whom we can work closely with target key SME segments and accelerate our business
• Set up best practices across the organisation based on industry standards & other country operations while at the same time capturing local nuances to ensure the best-in-class experience for both consumers & supply partners.
• Build relationships with Enterprise & SME clients and see how the company can help them grow their trade globally/ domestically
• Identify & scope out the sales landscape within the country to build sales strategy to target key sales segments

The Successful Applicant

• Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset & is a self-starter
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Have prior experience of managing teams with ability to inspire & set a strong culture of belonging & ownership
• Minimum 8+ years of sales experience either in logistics & supply chain industry. Start-up Logistics experience is preferred.
• Preferably have a strong knowledge or interest in the logistics & supply chain industry
