About The Company


Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.


Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies for
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth in the General Trade & Modern Trade channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major retailers in the General Trade & Modern Trade channel
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities and collaborate with the strategies team to align sales strategies with market insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage sales budgets and forecast revenue and expenses accurately
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and drive change
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data and use it to inform sales strategies and decision-making
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Deep understanding of the General Trade & Modern Trade channel, including key players, trends, and challenges
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • 6+ years of experience in General Trade & Modern Trade sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing team
