Job Description

Kini is a HR technology platform designed to benefit Indonesian businesses while empowering and engaging employees. We partner with employers to enable their employees to access pay on-demand to cover urgent expenses and everyday expenses. The Role

A B2B Sales Manager will drive revenue for the company by acquiring new Enterprise business. You will work directly with stakeholders and potential clients to drive growth for Kini.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Become a Kini product expert and perfect your Kini sales presentation skills
  • Own a pipeline of valuable relationships, consistently moving partners to a close
  • Navigate corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple stakeholders
  • Consistently drive revenue production by meeting and exceeding a set quota
  • Negotiate terms of service with decision makers
  • Utilize financial & analytical tools to communicate employee benefits to partner organizations
  • Sell to companies with large numbers of employees in a national territory
  • Pitch and close qualified prospects via webinar, sales calls and in person presentations
  • Leverage relationships with product champions to expedite deals to close rate



What You Bring To The Team

  • Industry experience in HR Product or Service sales, enterprise sales or SaaS sales
  • Passion to enable our partners and our company to reach new levels of success
  • Proven success at meeting and exceeding quotas, especially with longer sales cycles
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B both inside & outside sales (inbound & outbound)
  • High level of business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders including the C-suite
  • Highly analytical, data driven and detail oriented
  • Success selling to multiple decision makers across several departments
