Solutech, is an IT company with offices in Jakarta, Indonesia. We have two lines of business – Custom app and e-commerce platform development services. We provide a full range of software development capabilities including web app, Android app, iOS app, micro services, ERP integration, etc.
We are looking for a self-motivated sales team to expand our services in Indonesia.
You will be a person who can represent Solutech with integrity, who enjoys building and developing relationships and is happy to undertake a variety of sales generation activities as appropriate.
You will be credible to C-level decision makers and will understand the Software Product and Services.
Responsibilities
– Identifying and closing sales opportunities with the clients you manage, such as contract renewals, up-sells, cross-sells, etc. In regards to IT preferably Web or Mobile App Solution Technology.
– Maximize sales opportunities by sourcing new and extension business by successfully developing and promoting the complete range of services offered
– Provide accurate reporting on forward sales opportunities through the Sales Pipeline/system
– Achieving or exceeding the annual sales target that has established upon you.
– Providing a high level of quality service to our customers.
– Ensuring the complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
– At least 2-3 years of experiences in quota carrying software or technology sales and account management
– Bachelor from any major (Preferably computer science, Information Technology).
– Experience in managing and closing sales-cycles and proven sales track record in all aspects of software technology or Networking business in one of the following customer type: Private Sector, Government Sector, BUMN, Financial Sector Industries
– Having good networking, especially in management level
– Having experience in creating/ prospecting and managing accounts
– Having strong in leadership & management
– Able to work based on target, doing sales analysis, manage and maintain sales pipeline, networking, and sales negotiation
– Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a Must.
