Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Report to your business development manager
  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success


Qualifications

  • You score with ambition, inventiveness and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Your empathy enables you to easily establish rapport and influence in your with your interactions
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • You share our enthusiasm for the startup environment and the corporate market
  • 3 - 4 years prior industry related business development experience
  • You have professional experience in sales or in a comparable environment
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies


Additional Information

  • Phase 2: based on that first 6 months performance a fixed salary with additional commission payment
  • Phase 1: while onboarding (6 months): 15% commission of total deal value + 2,5% of total deal value as travel compensation
  • Be part of the roll-out of a concept that has already been successfully tested and our further expansion
