Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

-To develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and continues growth in Indonesia

-To build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs

-To Build and lead a team of Sales Account Managers

-Identify areas of improvement , new product innovation , new business opportunities, competitive market positioning

-Use customer data, seller feedback, and market insights to develop and deploy scalable regional solutions to optimally engage with our customer and sales stakeholders

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree required

-5 + years in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles.

-Experience with web affiliate, social media, online advertising, or ecommerce environments

-Experience in managing teams, including experience in talent acquisition and development.

-Ability to stay organized and lead multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines

-A flexible, collaborative, open minded, easy going personality and entrepreneurial spirit suited to a fast-moving environment

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

-Worked with Bilibili, Tokopedia , and Bukalapa or ad network experience will be plus
