Business Development Associate (Remote)

We are looking for Business Development Associate and the ideal candidate will be an individual who is self-motivated, possesses experience in the Money Transfer & Financial Services industry, drive and hunger to grow the business opportunities which also include onboarding new partners and expanding the networks, high energy, and has strong business acumen. You will also work closely with our Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve all business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Communicates the needs of external partners effectively to support internal team members.
• Provides timely feedback to line managers about performance, business development activity, and strategy planned.
• Possesses full ownership of internal/external requests and exploring new opportunities to add value in Company positioning.
• Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners to ease communication channels and facilitate resolutions for issues.
• Be an individual contributor to design, drive and execute the Business Development plan especially for Flip’s Banking, Domestic, and Overseas business partners.
• Assists to identify trends by researching on internal or industry in a data-driven manner, related events, and announcements.

• Highly adaptable, able to accept and create change.
• Familiarity with Banking administration is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Strong drive, results-oriented with outstanding communication, organization, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
• At least 1 year in a similar role, prior direct/indirect work experience in a Money Transfer or Financial Services, and relevant experience in a high-growth company.
• Has a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Excellent in English, both verbal & written.
