Partnership Associate Jobs

Nol Karbon Indonesia is a company that focuses on carbon management through the implementation of carbon credits, carbon offsets, and GHG accounting.

We are hiring a full-time Partnership Associate who provides oversight to our carbon credit projects. The ideal candidate for this role is a go-getter and passionate professional who is excited to chart a new path in an emerging industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership and market activities.
• Conduct due diligence on potential partners and assess their compliance with carbon credit standards and requirements.
• Maximize sales and market exposure of Nol Karbon projects by identifying business growth opportunities in the carbon credit market through market analysis, partnership identification, and strategic planning.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring carbon credit agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with carbon credit project developers, buyers, and market intermediaries.
• Engage with industry stakeholders, attend conferences, and participate in relevant forums to expand the organization's network and influence.

Requirements

• Willing to work from office in Central Jakarta area
• Problem solver with strong cognitive abilities
• High sense of ownership and intrinsic motivation
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in partnership/communication/external relations
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill to work in a team and manage social media communications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major, preference given to those with communication/other relevant background
• Interested in carbon credits industry
• Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
