About the Role

Our Digital Marketing team has the following goals:

1. Optimize marketing effectiveness
2. Educate business owners on how to grow their businesses
3. Promote our brand to businesses and students
4. Generate qualified leads

As our Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will not only work inside the Digital Marketing team but also collaborate with other teams (product, business development, people, customer success) to align digital marketing strategies. We are looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist who shares the same vision (and how to get there), can work independently, and looking forward to venture into areas other than your specialty and growing and managing a team.

You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people regularly from diverse backgrounds. We work in an open environment without boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Determine revenue forecasts and budgets to achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends.
• Manage search engine marketing and optimization (SEM and SEO).
• Manage search ads and display ads, including creating new campaigns, executing tests, along with optimizing copy and landing pages.
• Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and recommendations for revising the campaign strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive approach to performance measurement of web content, surfacing insights, and making recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS metrics, etc., from various internal reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Bachelor's Graduate with min. GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 from any major is welcome (Applied Math / Engineering is preferred)
• Prior experience with using website analytics tools and generating marketing reports
• Minimum 2 years of growth strategy SEM/SEO experience in B2B tech market
• Data-driven, out-of-the-box thinking, growth mindset, good communication skills
• Exceptional research and analytical skills
• Passionate in building and growing a team is preferred
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
