Workflow Associate Jobs

What You'll Do

As a Workflow Associate, you will coordinate DRS research workflow across SEA markets with customer service excellence, accuracy and organization. You will manage the daily workflow with an increasing level of independence, making sure capacities are managed optimally and, in a business focused manner. You will set the tone and expectation for the customer, from beginning to assigning of the work.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Working in a highly accurate manner in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment

• You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system
• Under the supervision of the Senior Researcher / Research Manager/ Senior Research Manager / wider Workflow Coordination team, you are a capable problem solver who comfortably multi-tasks while conducting coordination for the research workflow

Working collaboratively in an international, service-orientated environment

• Whilst building a solid understanding on the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding on BCG’s internal capabilities, you will cooperate with other DRS offices and team members to optimize capacity development
• You will have strong communication skills and feel confident managing customer / stakeholder expectations
• With directions from DRS management, you will match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills and language capabilities

Learning and growing your expertise

• You will thrive in an intellectually intense environment and commit to gaining an understanding of all our Practice Area sources
• You will assist Senior Research Manager in getting data, analyzing and presenting the data in a power point format
• In time, you will also grow your interest and capabilities in research by doing simple research task that comes to the channel

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• 0-2 years of relevant experience and general interest in business research
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment very desirable
• Experience in secondary research desirable
• Well-developed communication skills in English, or other SEA local language
• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement

We collaborate with our consulting teams to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients. DRS provides specialist research services to consulting teams and our Knowledge Team, taking deep pride in delivering rapid and precise results.

DRS works with both qualitative and quantitative data, conducting research and providing synthesized results from over 100 commercial sources, publicly available data, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.
