Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the finance team and top-level executives at Peeba to understand business goals and objectives related to revenue, unit economics, customer retention, and website traffic.
• Assist in developing financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and planning activities.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes, such as pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and resource allocation.
• Continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and track financial and operational performance metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to key business metrics.
• Gather, clean, and organize financial and operational data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data analysis projects and provide support in interpreting data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and unit economics.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the finance domain, with a strong foundation in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and top-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prior experience in the e-commerce industry or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
