Job Description

GROWIA IS HIRING!!!


Are you passionate about Data Analysis and eager to share your knowledge with aspiring learners? GROWIA is looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst Mentor to join our team. As a Data Analyst Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering students to become proficient Data Analysts.

Responsibilities:


  1. Develop Training Material: Create comprehensive and engaging training materials that cover various aspects of Data Analysis, including data visualization, statistical analysis, data wrangling, and more.
  2. Conduct Live Mentoring Sessions: Lead interactive and dynamic live mentoring sessions to provide students with hands-on guidance and real-world insights. Utilize effective teaching methodologies to enhance student's understanding and practical skills in Data Analysis.
  3. Create Course Videos: Produce high-quality video content to supplement the training material. Deliver clear and engaging explanations of complex concepts.
  4. Task Checking: Review and evaluate students' assignments and projects promptly and constructively. Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to help students improve their performance.
  5. Regularly Give Feedback: Provide ongoing feedback and support to students, encouraging their growth and progress throughout the course.


Requirements:


  1. Proven Experience: Possess substantial experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Proficiency using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or other relevant software.
  2. Teaching or Mentoring Experience: Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops is highly desirable.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students.. Patience and empathy to cater to different learning needs.
  4. Knowledge of Educational Tools: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, video creation/editing tools.
  5. Passion for Learning: A strong passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Data Analysis and related fields.
  6. English/Indonesia Proficiency Level
