Responsibilities

• Assist the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through machine learning and/or statistical modeling.
• Conducts statistical analyses to develop strategies,
• Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through machine learning and/or statistical modeling.
• Collaborate with team members from data science and other teams to develop data science solutions
• Interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Develop and maintain client analytics reports.

Qualifications

• Should be able to articulate data science outcomes in a way that business stakeholders can understand.
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to use data visualization tools to showcase data insights for business partners
• Hands-on experience: Python - Pandas, Numpy, Scikit learn SQL
• Passion for problem-solving and comfort with ambiguity
• Intellectually curious and always learning
• Good communication skills to promote cross-team collaboration
• Exposure to data science through relevant projects, courses.
• Machine learning models such as random forests, gradient-boosted trees, or neural networks
