Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the finance domain, with a strong foundation in SQL and Excel.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience building interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and top-level executives.

Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with data warehouse / data engineers to design schema, perform data validation/quality assurance, and supporting data management practice.

Min 4-5 years of analytics experience (data gathering, data analysis, data visualization) in a tech company, preferably a startup.

Have minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role is preferable.

Experience with large and sometimes messy data.

Strong in SQL, and programming language (Python or R) experience preferred.

Experience in collaborating with people outside your domain to deliver impact.

1+ years in a supervisor / managerial position

Experience in working BI Tool (powerBI, Tableau etc )

Work as a Lead Data Analyst, primarily focusing on Credit & Collection Division

Lead a team to build & monitor credit / collection scoring

Experience with various data transformations and data ingestion tools.
