What will you do:
Work as a Lead Data Analyst, primarily focusing on Credit & Collection Division
Lead a team to build & monitor credit / collection scoring
Help in report automation and reduce manual reporting
Partner with business teams to develop key metrics for measuring success
Analyze large amounts of data from a wide variety of sources to discover insights into the risk of borrowers, as well as the operations of the company
Communicate actionable and accurate insights to business stakeholders, including senior management
Eager to learn different tools/technology in analytics spaces
What we are looking for:
3+ years of Data analytics, Business Intelligence or similar role experience at Multi Finance Company
1+ years in a supervisor / managerial position
SQL
Python
Experience in working BI Tool (powerBI, Tableau etc )
Analytical mindset
Strong business sense, clear and concise communication
User and stakeholder management
Great team player
Leadership skill
Data modeling experience
