Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in Associate, Account Management for our Accounting, Tax, and Payroll Services account management team. With a full time and permanent basis, you will be one of our point of contact to our clients that is having Accounting, Tax, and Payroll services with us.

 

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and aims to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer retention and business success.

 

Scope:

  • Focusing on customer retention and contract renewals
  • Accounting knowledge, including financial statements and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in payroll administration and related laws
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems
  • Staying updated on market trends and industry knowledge
  • Developing account strategies and plans for growth
  • Monitoring client accounts and reporting on performance
  • Problem-solving abilities in complex situations
  • Facilitating communication and coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Time management for multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Providing client support and ensuring satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Staying updated on market trends and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for seamless client support.
  • Acting as a customer advocate within the organization.
  • Retaining customers and seeking opportunities for account expansion.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
  • Managing client accounts and developing strategies for growth.
  • Tracking client performance and generating reports.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination with clients and internal teams.

 

 Attributes & Skills:

  • Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communications;
  • Accounting knowledge, including financial statements and tax regulations
  • Time management for multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in payroll administration and related laws
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Detail-Oriented;
  • High level of initiative;
  • Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems
  • Problem-solving abilities in complex situations

 

 

Relevant experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the same field

 

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Management/Finance;
  • Member of CPA and/or CA is an added value.
  • Brevet A & B is a plus;
