Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Handling headquarter's and Bali site's AR
  • Ensure that invoices and VAT are properly recorded into the accountancy recording system
  • Making AR Balance weekly
  • Issue Invoices and Tax Invoices for clients
  • Making projections of receipts from clients
  • Ensure the completeness of the Invoice that will be sent to the client
  • Issuing a warning letter to the client
  • Reconcile AR accounts
  • Adjusting the revenue account and controlling
  • Controlling invoices that will be / are due to the deadline
  • Reconciling Waste Sales on a weekly basis
Requirements


  • Experienced with using Accounting System (Journal.id) would be advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Eager to learn
  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree of Accounting
  • Ability to using Ms. Excel
  • Minimum two years experience in the same field
