Account Receivable & Account Payable (Ar Ap)

Job Desc:

• Maintenance accounts receivable
• Collect invoices and do the payment (accounts payable), including payroll distribution for the client (BCA & Mandiri system)
• And some other jobs which will inform later
• Filling monthly for withholding tax art (21,23, and 4(2))
• Entry journal transactions to the system (QuickBooks)
• Entry the transactions (invoice and payment) to the system (QuickBooks)
• Make a monthly budget and schedule payment.
• Maintenance handles petty cash

Requirements:

Minimum S1 Accounting/Tax background

minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in a related field

Good skills in Excel dan software accounting

Have good communication skills

Having a Brevet certificate will be preferred

Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

Attention to detail and an honest attitude is a must
