A Senior Account Payable is responsible for managing the finance aspects of a business, which includes accuracy cash flow, liquidity management, budget vs actual reporting and relationship with financial institutions.

• Developing, implement and maintain process improvements for reconciliation and another finance process
• Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships
• Forecasting of medium funding in the next 6 months
• Monitoring Bank Transactions and reconciliation and ensure 100% accuracy
• Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management, in relation to various banks, various tenure of time deposits, etc.
• Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments by getting the best rate
• Collaboration with technology, product, and another team related to develop finance process
• Team management
• Daily cash management
• Interest rate risk management
• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment disbursement, by ensuring that the process is efficient and effective, accurate and timely.
• Preparing management and investor reports in relation to budget vs actual
• In charge of the approval of payment so that all are according to the policy and the Company has enjoyed the product/goods received.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or other related field
• Functional knowledge of database and spreadsheet tools
• Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed
• Distinctly self-motivated and cable of handling multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to use Xero is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• 4-7 years experience in the same field/ position
