Requirements:
- Computer literacy.
- English proficiency.
- Must be able to work under pressure and enjoy new challenges.
- Strong presentation skills, leadership skills, influencing skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.
- Good network with custom, shipping lines, airlines, forwarders.
- Mandatory to have technical knowledge in sea export/import processes, including operations, custom, duty & tax.
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in a reputable forwarding company, especially with a proven track record in Sales/ Business Development/ Commercial.
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting skill.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the effectiveness of export/import orders from customers.
- Find and maintain new customers.
- Meet sales KPIs: Volume, Margin, DSO.
- Submit regular sales reports.
