We are looking for an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on driving sales performance on Ecommerce. You will be part of the growing D2C team and D2C business in Personal Health categories, working closely with your peers in media strategy, campaign performance, analytics, CRM and consumer care.
In this role, you have the opportunity to make life betterYou will be responsible for managing the performance and operations of the Philips Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) E-commerce website. You will be leading the development and implementation of the E-commerce sales strategy for Philips, while optimizing the performance of the digital channels.
You are responsible for

  • Responsible for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and accountable for managing the sales orders.
  • Oversees the proper procedures for handling and sale of the optimal product portfolio.
  • Optimize the daily sales (D2C) and realize the budgets, planning and targets.
  • Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
  • Establish clear short- and long-term e-commerce strategy and management of the Philips e-Shop, together with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention management. Ensure that all loss prevention matters are reported, investigated and corrected in a timely manner when related to ecommerce.
  • Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchases rate and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy.
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
  • Audit online sales channels to ensure policies, procedures and standards are met. Inspects product to ensure the quality is line with pricing practice.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
  • Proven success in delivering strong digital performance and sales growth through digital platforms.
  • Experience or exposure to digital marketing, CRM, and/or digital media activation.
  • Comfortable with data, visualization of data, dashboards, particularly performance management.
  • 8 – 12 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a commercial (sales) eCommerce role, leading the coordination and management of online merchandising.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and writing proficiency.
  • Experience in online promotions management, portfolio analysis, and pricing strategy for online commerce.
