We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager (PPE) to join our Sales team in our Indonesia office. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, your focus will be a key role within the sales department, responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic accounts in Indonesia. This position involves driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop account strategies, deliver value-added solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues.
  • Address any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Account Management:
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to align strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Understand the customers' pain points and propose value-added solutions to address their needs.
  • Develop account strategies and sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries or problems.
  • Work closely with the product and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Solution Delivery and Value Creation:
  • Understand the customers' evolving needs and proactively address any concerns or issues.
  • New Business Development:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understand the customers' business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their ongoing success and loyalty.
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients in the Indonesian market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results.
  • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
Must Have
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and business environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior position.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
