These technologies include Access Control, Video Surveillance, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), Energy Management, Control and Monitoring Software, Fire Safety, Public Address, Perimeter Protection, Airside Systems, and Intrusion Detection, among others. Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) offers end-to-end lifecycle services directly to customers – from design and project management to after-market service and product upgrades.
What You Will Do
  • Able to network and engage with CXO and senior executives of similar stature
  • Achieve consistent sales over time, even in periods of change in consumer interest
  • Has strategic B2B solutions sales approach, full of sales strategy, able to shape opportunities and strengthen HBS position for the target projects.
  • Negotiate and secure strategic multi-million-dollar opportunities with complex sales cycle
  • Strategize sales approach and define stakeholder mapping to improve Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), competitiveness
  • Responsible for financial performance targets as planned on the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships across multiple levels in the customer organization
  • Drive engagements across the Indonesia as a territory
  • Focused on acquiring new projects for Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS)
  • Engage early on large strategic projects and manage customer/stakeholder/consultant communications and solution expectations.
  • Clearly articulate and communicate Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), value to customers and influencers, provide feedback to the business
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in a project sales
  • Track record of consistently achieving business results and exceeding performance benchmarks
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Understanding of customer roles in the Indonesia market – user buyer, commercial buyer, influencer, coach, gatekeeper, etc.
