We have a number of exciting transformation initiatives across our company and our customers, with a newly created opportunity for a talented Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to support the Australia team’s project delivery. Join a high performing Customer Care team and collaborate on significant programs of work within the AU Group. As a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will support the business initiatives in health care and aged care while ensuring your stakeholders feel supported, engaged, and that their needs are well-understood. You will ensure an exceptional experience in your engagement and delivery, in addition to:
- Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify the needs, including capturing the functional and business requirements.
- Liaising with other team cross country to manage and co-ordinate the projects.
What skills will you use?
As a strategic thinker, you will challenge-the-norm, collaborate efficiently, welcome feedback, bring an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences in Data Transformation projects. You will offer implementable, innovative, and intuitive solutions to complex scenarios.
Successful applicants will bring at least 4-5+ years of experience in consulting and/or working directly within health care and aged care will be beneficial, where you have developed the below skillset:
- Experience in Project Management.
- An understanding of health care and aged care services.
- Excellent analytical capacity supported by clear and concise communication skills.
- Flexibility to embrace change and adapt to the changing needs of our dynamic business.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL to query, analyse, transform, and enrich data from various sources.
