• Define, develop, manage, and meticulously document project schedules and milestones, taking a proactive approach to address any project-related issues and efficiently plan for contingencies arising from production-related risks.
• Offer valuable technical guidance to clients and partners, while actively devising solutions to fulfill their ongoing technical requirements, ultimately enhancing product usage and adoption.
• Evaluate project performance to identify potential areas for improvement, enabling continuous enhancement and optimization.
• Strategize and implement effective processes and tools to enhance communication and efficiency across different departments, streamlining operations and promoting a collaborative working environment.

• Brings valuable experience in successfully navigating projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Possesses exceptional troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, and communication skills, allowing for efficient problem-solving and effective collaboration.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of delivering projects within the defined scope and timeline, showcasing the ability to meet project objectives.
• Possesses a solid understanding of how APIs function, allowing for effective integration and utilization.
• Brings prior experience in a B2B SaaS company, providing valuable insights into the specific requirements and dynamics of the sector.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
