Junior Project Manager Jobs

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to perform in managing all aspects to monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations. You will be responsible for supervising construction workers and subcontractors, educate construction workers on site safety practices, and evaluate employee performance. You will be liaising with a variety of other teams and helping to keep a project on track.
The candidate must have :
Qualifications :
A Professional with a Bachelor Degree background in related field
At least 2 years of experience is required for this position
Proven work experience as a Supervisor or any department in the construction company
Based in Bali, able to join immediately
Having English proficiency is preferred
Good attention to detail especially in time schedule progression reading and analaysis
Able to operate Auto Cad, Shop drawing, Time Schedule
Good analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability
The ability to work in a team and to negotiate
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
Evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
Ensuring the workers follow the time schedule and site safety procedures
Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
Communicating the progress report to the Construction Site Manager/Project Manager
Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
Attending any on-site meetings or events
