Junior Project Executive Cum Junior Business Analyst

Summary:

The Junior Project Executive cum Junior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the Project Executive in the day-to-dayProjects Management (PM), as well as providingBusiness Analysis (BA)support. They will work with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis
• Develop and document business requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Support the management of budgets and resources
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Assist with the development and management of project plans
• Collaborate with other IT team in Singapore and India
• Communicate business requirements to stakeholders
• Monitor and track project progress
• Provide administrative support to the Project Executive
• Gather and analyze requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication in English and organizational skills
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
