A leading car marketplace from India is looking for a Junior Analyst, part of a Unicorn automotive startup.

1. Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and manipulate large datasets efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insightful data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with Excel's latest features and functionalities to enhance analysis capabilities.
• Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis and present findings to stakeholders
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Develop complex Excel models, templates, and reports to support data-driven decision-making

2. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Excel Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field such as Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline]
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables
