McEasy is Indonesia’s leading web and mobile logistic system. On July, McEasy secured USD 6.5 million (approximately IDR 97 billion) in a series A round headed by East Ventures, which increased its initial USD 1,5 million investment. Hundreds of companies are using the McEasy system to assist their operations and logistics, including Alfamidi, JNE, Antaraja, FedEx, Club, MGM Bosco, PO Rosalia Indah, Mulia Ceramics, Polda Jatim, Go Trans, and AKAS.

Currently, McEasy is looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to help us create ideation, research, design, development and launch of McEasy product.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of the company’s business portfolio / business unit and identify new opportunities for growth
• Support the running of McEasy’s corporate management process and cadence
• Assess company's operating model comprehensively to define target blueprint that is relevant with the current market dynamics
• Conduct studies on key issues that will shape McEasy’s long-term strategy
• Engage senior executives and stakeholders of all levels in the development and execution of strategy

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Min 3 years of strategy / management consulting experience or corporate strategy / planning experience is preferred
• Demonstrates exceptionally good data analytical skills, and has the ability to translate information into actionable strategies/initiatives
• A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Placement : Jakarta (WFO)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to lead projects/ meetings/ processes with senior management including Board of Directors in a company
