Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• To perform daily activities in strategic project functions to ensure initiatives are planned and fulfill the strategic intention on time by developing an implementation plan with a clear milestone
• Analyze the performance of the company's business portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth
• Conduct Market research that provide company's strategy
• Support the running of the company's corporate strategy process development and cadence
• Responsible to drive execution or corporate level initiatives through business managers
• Perform the development of business cases to support the decision-making of the new strategic project initiatives

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A self-starter and independent learner with a rebel mindset and with initiative to challenge the status quo
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree from a top university
• Highly comfortable in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
