Senior Strategy Associate Jobs

We are looking for full-time Senior Associate for DI’s consulting and investment practice in Indonesia.

1.Key responsibilities

●You will work remotely and receive support from other local offices.

●Under supervision of the General Director/Directors, you are expected to render your service in performing professional consulting practice across the firm’s offices.

●Participation in consulting projects/ project module(s) as assigned by Directors

-Overall, you'll work in teams of typically 3 ~ 4 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement;

-Key tasks would include information collection for problem solving and solution hypothesis formulation as well as presentation of findings

-You'll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

2.Minimum requirements

●Holders of Advanced graduate degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic record; focus in a Business or Quantitative discipline (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Management, etc.);

●2+ years of prior experience in local private equity, investment banking, M&A practice. Relevant strategy consulting experience is a plus;

●Good understanding of the Indonesia market, coupled with sound business knowledge;

●Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong command of English and local languages;

●Highly resourceful, with superior problem solving and analytical skills;

●Good time-management skills and a flexible attitude, with ability to meet tight deadlines and handle simultaneous work streams;

●Mentally mature personality with strong customer service orientation with willingness to work in a demanding and results-oriented team environment;

●IT skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;

●Indonesian only

While all consultants develop specialized knowledge and a focused program as they progress with DI, most are initially very broad in their focus, meaning they do not need specific industry or functional expertise to be successful.
