Role Description

• Structure and drive strategic ops initiatives by gathering relevant inputs from existing data, leading analyses, proposing recommendations to key stakeholders, developing end-to-end plans
• Manage strategic and operational processes for clinic operations to boost sales
• Actively involved in the GTM strategy and roll-out process for new campaign and expansion
• Able to resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Proven track record of working cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into insights
• Proven 2-3 years experience as a Business Operations or Strategy Operations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
