As the SVP Corporate Strategy, you will be responsible in developing and formulating strategic efforts and plans for the business.

Description

• Be the key-person for the stakeholders across the business units in the designated function.
• Owns the strategic plans and ensure the compliance with the strategies agreed by each stakeholders and business units.
• Responsible in the development of decentralised planning and ensuring the implementation across the business units.
• Monitor financial results of assigned subsidiaries and support strategic business planning initiatives
• Overseeing industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis.
• Ensure the strategic plans are implemented, executed and delivered in timely manner.
• Review, manage and analyse existing business unit strategies, ensure the allignment with the business's overall strategy.
• Manages the development of the strategic plans, including the budgets as well as the implementation across the business units.

Profile

• Knowledge in the Capital Market especially Asset Management is necessary.
• Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in corporate strategy position.
• Strategic thinking, planning and project management skills
• Flexibility to manage multiple assignments and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong communication, interpersonal, as well as people skills.
• Bachelor degree in related fields from reputable university is a MUST.
