Job Description

AlloFresh is a joint venture company between Bukalapak, Trans Retail Indonesia, and Growtheum Capital Partners. Established in early 2022, we offer more than 150,000 SKUs that can be delivered in three hours to your doorstep.

:

  • Implement strategic partnerships
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business & initiate growth strategy along the user journey (acquisition, activation, engagement, & retention)
  • Strategize inorganic & organic campaigns
  • Take ownership in executing, monitoring, & reporting the growth initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance & address potential issues


Requirements:

  • Experience in handling grocery business would be a plus
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools would be a plus
  • Previous experiences in consulting, product marketing, or strategy operations would be a plus
  • Bachelor degree from any universities, preferably from information system, engineering, or business background
  • Ready to become a collaborative team player in a dynamic yet fun working environment
  • Strong analytical skills & structured thinking
