:

• Work together with Business & Partnership team for user acquisition across multiple partners & fellow CT Corp business units
• Spearhead the user acquisition for Allo Bank products; mainly QRIS adoption, Wallet Top-Up & Deposit
• Devise strategy to acquire users in your vertical and manage your verticals budget for acquisition and rewards
• Build an end-to-end business process alongside offline growth team for offline merchant retention
• Craft meaningful marketing & growth automation to nurture newly onboarded Allo Bank users
• Identify growth opportunities to acquire new users through CRM and non-paid media acquisition channels

Requirement :

• Avid understanding in business analytics & product marketing
• 4+ years of proven experience in tech/ banking sector; fintech, digital bank, and e-commerce background would be preferred, but not mandatory
• Proven experience in launching new products & market analysis
• Familiarity in CRM and other marktech stack (Insider, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Amplitude) is a major plus
